At Kappa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
